Looff Carousel Riverside, Rhode Island

Crescent Park Looff Carousel. The last remaining building of the Crescent Amusement Park in East Providence (Riverside), Rhode Island. Now a national historic landmark, the carousel still delights children and adults alike with hand-carved horses built in 1895 by Charles I.D. Looff. It is among the finest and least-altered of Looff's surviving carousels, serving as a showcase for his workmanship.
